Examples of Educational Applications that can be used to address automaticity/math fact fluency.
Students
who struggle with math calculations (simple and hard), will have a difficult
time as they get older. Our textbook gave some really pronounced examples of a
few different types of applications that can be used in the classroom to
increase math skills. They are:
- FASTT Math- this will help in facility and automaticity through efficient teaching with AT. FASTT Math is mainly focused on basic math facts of the students.
- Timez Attack- system was developed to target skills used for multiplication facts
- Arithm Attack – this was also developed to focused on simple math skills. Software can be played online or downloaded.
